I am a science girl and I live a data driven life.  I don’t believe in chakras or energy fields.  But I love Laura and find it therapeutic just to be in her company.  When she offered me an energy healing, I was very skeptical.  She said that belief was not required for benefit.  This was during the pandemic and I was not sleeping well and I was feeling a sense of generalized apprehension.  I expected no effect from the healing but was willing to try it.  I felt nothing during the session and nothing for a day or two.  But after a couple of days, I started to feel lighter emotionally and had a greater sense of physical ease.  And I was sleeping better.  When I started to backslide I had a second session.  Same results.  I still don’t really believe in chakras or energy fields, but I do believe in the magic of Laura.  She was right-belief is not necessary for a positive effect.

​The work that Laura has done with me has been absolutely revolutionary. For me, and when people ask how I describe it, I say it is like therapy with someone trained in Eastern Philosophy instead of Western Medicine (although Laura is a head nurse in Oncology as well.)I am not a religious person, nor did I grow up with any introduction to the spiritual world. I called her for advice one day about a career situation, as she is someone I personally know and trust, and I asked for her help, willing to try and open up to the spirituality I know she has within her for the first time. The spirituality and the healing work is amplified and able to thrive though her incredibly soothing, patient, and generous approach. She has given me beautiful healing sessions, but also tools to use in my every day life, from visual meditative respites, to new ways to phrase thoughts and feelings that I have. I am so lucky to know this woman and my life is forever changed for the better.
